8-Week T-Ball Program
Our 8-week T-Ball program is designed to give young players a fundamental understanding of the game, covering essential skills such as hitting, fielding, throwing, and base-running, as well as the basic rules of baseball. It’s natural for some children to develop and grasp these skills at different rates, and that’s perfectly normal.
Program Highlights:
Skill Development: Through engaging drills, practices, and scrimmage games, players will learn key aspects of T-Ball, including batting, fielding, and base running.
Life Skills: Our program focuses on important values such as teamwork, leadership, effort, and sportsmanship, helping kids improve their skills while fostering respect and positive behavior.
Kickoff Celebration: Week 1 features a Meet & Greet (Saturday) October 19th @ TBD, where players will receive their jerseys, meet their teammates and coaches, and enjoy some introductory fun.
Regular Sessions: Weeks 2-8 consist of regular training sessions, held on Saturdays, which are designed as part of Go Play Sports Junior training.
Location: All activities take place at the LBJ Baseball Field #1 at Lady Bird Johnson Park in San Antonio, TX.

8-Week Coach Pitch Baseball Program
Our 8-week Coach Pitch Baseball program offers children a solid foundation in baseball, focusing on key skills such as hitting, fielding, throwing, and base running, while also introducing them to the basic rules of the game. It’s natural for players to develop at different rates, and some may grasp the concepts faster than others—this is all part of the learning process.

Go Play Sports Cheer is a great way for girls and boys ages 2-16 to participate in a fun, instructional cheer program. Cheer takes place during flag football, soccer or basketball games. Uniform and pom poms are included with registration fee. Parents get the shorts/bloomers and shoes. We will be doing sideline cheering and occasional. Halftime show for Flag Football, Soccer or Basketball games.

Go Play Sports basketball leagues deliver fun and excitement for all kids, whether your favorite player is new to the sport or a rising star.
Freshman Division, starting at age 5 to 7yrs . This division emphasizes skill building through the teaching of fundamentals like dribbling, passing and proper defense. While scores are kept, coaches emphasize the importance of learning these skills and displaying good sportsmanship over the final score of the game.
The Junior Varsity Division, 8 to 10 yrs, begin implementing advanced skills, like transition defense, various defensive schemes and improved ball movement, This is a very important age, as dropout rates begin to increase with greater pressure being placed on kids. Go Play Sports directors and coaches understand this and work hard to infuse fun into the program to ensure maximum enjoyment of the sport for players.
Players ages 11 to 13yrs participate in the Varsity Division. While some will develop their skills and prepare for the high school level, most participate because of genuine enjoyment of the game and friendships that have formed over many seasons. While fundamentals are still preached, coaches spend a majority of their time and effort teaching advanced skills like setting picks, increased tempo and increasing player’s basketball IQ.
Ages (14 to 16yrs) will start honing their skills in to play on a more advanced level and in some cases start getting looks for college ball. This is where they we will look at the highest of competition that is offered for this type of program.
Go Play Sports Junior
The Go Play Sports Junior Sports Academy program is a terrific way to introduce your child to all the excitement that basketball brings. Basketball can be an extremely challenging sport for process for little ones. That is why Go Play Sports programs combine the best elements of instructional camps with the fun and excitement of games. We begin every season with an introduction to the game, including teaching court boundaries and the importance of teammates. Juniors will learn the most basic of skills like dribbling, passing and shooting.
Our Junior program facilitates an ultra-fun experience which often includes parents in the instructional drills, making it a completely interactive experience for everyone involved. We will build the skill level of players before introducing sports leagues. These programs become so popular that in many cases, parents and players prefer them to a traditional league. Academy programs will be for 8 weeks.

Go Play Sports Flag Football program is an exciting, fast-paced, non-contact sport designed for children ages 2-14. Our program provides a comprehensive football experience where every child will learn essential skills like passing, catching, flag-pulling, and both offense and defense. Plus, every player gets valuable playing time to develop their skills on the field.
Youth Flag Football Program Highlights:
• Open to boys and girls ages 2-14.
• All experience levels welcome!
• Age brackets: Typically divided into 2-4, 5-7, 8-10, and 11-15, based on participation at the close of registration.
• Placement: Players will be assigned to age brackets according to their age.
We’re excited to introduce flag football in a unique way! Our professional coaches will work closely with your young athletes to teach the fundamentals of the game through skills, drills, and fun activities. This academy-style flag football program combines practice and games all in one day, ensuring a comprehensive experience.
Youth Flag Football Academy Program Details:
• Duration: 40 minutes of participation every Sunday for 8 consecutive weeks.
• Start Date: Oct 12th- Meet & Greet practice (no game).
• Make-Up Day: TBA (for weather-related cancellations).
Practice Information:
• Practices are held on the same day as the game, usually about 30 min to an hour before. Missing an practice will not exclude you from play.This is on a voluntary basis only with the volunteer coach’s availability.
• Flexibility is key, as practice days will be scheduled after the Meet & Greet and team formation.

Go Play Sports League Play (ages 2-16)
There’s a reason soccer is the most widely played sport in the world. Go Play Sports Soccer features 5 v 5 or 7 v 7 play as children learn fundamentals and techniques, they’ll need to take their game to the next level. Best of all, Go Play Sports Soccer is all about FUN! Every player receives ample playing time so that skills can be developed wherever they’re most important, on the field or off!
Go Play Sports Junior Soccer (ages 2 -4)
Go Play Sports Junior Soccer is a FUN introduction to the Sport of Soccer! Although score is not kept all juniors will have the chance to play against other kids their age with the game focused on FUN and fundamentals!

Summer 25 Youth Soccer League Age Divisions:

Players may request to play up an age division (must be entered into special request box for consideration) however players are not allowed to play down an age division.

No team is needed, and no requests are needed to join Go Play Sports,
HOWEVER, if you have a coach, buddy, or team request IT MUST BE ADDED IN THE SPECIAL REQUESTS UPON REGISTERING OR IT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED OR CHANGED AFTER REGISTRATION HAS ENDED. There are no exceptions to this, so please ensure that you have entered in all requests if you have any. If you are requesting to play for a specific coach or with a friend please ensure the FIRST & LAST NAME is included, even if they are siblings.
– To better guarantee requests, STAY AWAY FROM TEAM STACKING.
For example, a 8-10 age division team cannot have all 9 & 10 year old’s on one team due to league balancing and fair play rules. Each team must have multiples of all ages in the division, and have spots open for incoming players without a team or any requests.
Team sizes are dependent on registration numbers and can have anywhere from 8-10 players per team. We ask that coaches & parents who have several players want to play together.
Not have more than 6 requests.

Soccer Registration Includes:
*Not included, but recommended: athletic shorts or bottoms, cleats, and shin guards (shin guards required to play in games at all times).
All League Soccer games will have an assigned Go Play Sports Official or Coach at no additional cost
All League Soccer divisions will have league standings and will have consolation/playoff/championship games at the end of the season.
Registration is complete upon payment of registration fee. Registrations that have not finalized registration payment are considered INCOMPLETE Registrations and DO NOT SECURE A SPOT.
Coaches: All parent volunteer coaches will receive a background check to ensure the safety of your children.
Please consider coaching your child’s team. It will be one of the most rewarding experiences you will ever have, and your child will love to have you as “coach”! We offer coaching rebate discount when you decide to coach plus a custom Go Play Sports Coach’s Shirt.. We find that the kids respond better to having one of their parents coach the team.
